ORDER AND DELIVERY TERMS

GENERAL E-SHOP

The products of the e-commerce are sold by Kiddow Oy, business ID 2734658-9. We sell products to adult individuals worldwide. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

ORDERING

Products are generally ordered via the Internet at www.kiddow.fi , Through the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide the correct email address when ordering. The customer agrees to the delivery terms valid for each order.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within the same or next day of ordering. Delivery time normally 2-5 business days.

DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are the same regardless of package size. Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We deliver orders as a postal package, which you can follow with the shipping code that you receive with the delivery confirmation.

We offer our customers the following delivery methods:

  1. Postal package € 4.90
    For orders under € 100, delivery costs € 4.90, for orders over € 100 € 0.

    Pick up from the nearest post office. When the package has arrived at your post office, you will receive a notification from the Post Office. Please note that the Post Office primarily notifies you of the arrival of parcels only by text message or e-mail. A paper arrival notification will only be sent if the recipient has not provided a telephone number or email address. It is therefore important that you provide up-to-date contact information when ordering.

  2. Package to the Vending Machine of your choice € 4.90

    For orders under € 100, delivery costs € 4.90, for orders over € 100 € 0.

    Pick up your package without queuing at the nearest Posti parcel machine when it suits you. You will be notified via SMS when the package can be retrieved. See the locations of Posti's parcel machines here: www.posti.fi/smartpost/. Please note that after receiving the text message, the package will be stored in the parcel machine for 7 days.

  3. Postal home delivery € 8.90

    The post office will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Additional charge € 8.90.

    The package will be delivered to your door. When ordering, it is important to provide a telephone number so that you can call the post office and agree on a time to receive the package. If the recipient cannot be reached, a contact request message is sent to the recipient. Packets are distributed to the recipient's address inside, in the immediate vicinity of the front door. In larger cities, distribution is possible on weekdays until 9 p.m. In other areas, shipments will be delivered by 2 or 5 p.m. The service includes one distribution company. If the recipient cannot be reached from the address, a contact request card is distributed to the recipient.

PAYMENT METHODS

Products and their postage are paid when ordering. In the online store, you can pay with the following payment methods: Osuuspankki, Nordea, DanskeBank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa Savings Banks, Local Cooperative Banks, Handelsbanken, SPankki, Bank of Åland, Klarna invoice and Klarna account and credit cards. Klarna Oy is responsible for the payment transactions of the Klarna invoice and the Klarna account. Check out Klarna's terms and conditions here.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to new, unused and salable products in the original packaging. If you want to make an exchange or return, please contact us by email: info (a) kiddow.fi.

The exchange is free of charge.

Please note that the return fee is € 5.90 per package.

For non-collected packages we charge 5.90 € / package.

Include the following information in your return:

  • your contact information (name, address, phone number)

  • a copy of the order confirmation or shipping list

The condition of the returned product will be checked before refunding the payment. If part or all of the order is returned so that after the return the amount of the order is less than € 100, postage will be deducted from the amount to be returned. Shipping costs for orders under € 100 are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund. If the payment method is credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card bill. In the case of Klarna, the credit will be credited to the Klarna invoice or account.

Problem situations during transport and for defective products: if the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately info (a) kiddow.fi

CHANGE

We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize himself with the delivery terms in force at the time. Kiddow Oy treats all customer information completely confidentially.

If a possible dispute concerning the trade agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice of the Local Register Office (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
